Information
The Before and After-school Clubs are operated and managed by the school. The staff who run the clubs also work at school during the school day. This means they already know your child and they are a friendly, familiar face at the beginning and end of the day.
We provide flexible booking, comparable pricing and quality care for pupils who attend New Hartley First School, from Nursery to Year 4.
Booking A Session
All bookings for Before and After School Clubs must be made via the school app. Sessions are bookable up to a term in advance.
Please note that all sessions need to be booked in advance. We cannot guarantee that there will be space for parents trying to book on the day.
Payment does not need to be made at the time of the booking, however we ask parents to ensure that payment for sessions taken is made by the end of each calendar month.
Payment can be made via the 'Payments' section of the school app or by cash at the school office.
Child Care Vouchers
We accept Child Care Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare payments. If making payment via either of these methods please ensure you inform the school office and provide a reference.
Please note that voucher and tax-free childcare payments will usually take 5 working days to be added to your account.
